SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Our processing times typically range from 2–10 business days depending on order volume. During launches, restocks, sales, and holidays, processing times may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days. Thank you for your patience and support while we carefully prepare and pack each order.

PROCESSING VS. SHIPPING

Processing time is the time we spend preparing, packing, and carefully checking your order before shipment. Shipping time refers to the time your package spends in transit once it has been handed over to the carrier. These are two separate timelines. At this time, we do not offer expedited processing options.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

At this time, orders cannot be combined once they have been placed. This helps us maintain accurate inventory and reduce processing errors.

If you forgot to add an item to your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. If we’re able to adjust your order, an additional invoice for the added items and shipping difference may be sent separately.

DELIVERY

Once your shipping label has been created, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other delays outside of our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (CANADA)

All delivery times are estimates only and do not include processing times. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

We primarily ship through Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and current carrier pricing at the time of purchase. Rates shown at checkout are provided directly by the carrier.

Estimated Canada Post Shipping Rates:
• Lettermail — starting around $2–5 CAD
• Small Parcels — starting around $12–20 CAD
• Medium Parcels — starting around $18–30 CAD
• Large Parcels — starting around $25+ CAD

Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your province, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination country, and carrier pricing.

We currently ship internationally through select carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and availability.

Estimated International Shipping Rates:
• Small Packages — starting around $20–35 CAD
• Medium Packages — starting around $30–60 CAD
• Large Packages — starting around $45+ CAD

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES + TAXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside of our control.

Please monitor your tracking information carefully, as unpaid customs fees may result in shipping delays, returned packages, or abandoned shipments.

For digital products, applicable taxes or VAT may automatically be applied at checkout based on your location. All digital product sales are final once delivered.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, PaperNerdco is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages. Delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, limited inventory, and sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before processing begins.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Slight variations in color, sizing, hole placement, print alignment, or finish may occur between batches. These minor differences do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.

NORMAL WEAR + TEAR

Normal wear may occur over time depending on product use, storage conditions, and handling. Minor creasing, scratches, fading, or material changes caused by regular use are considered normal and are not considered product defects.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
